  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 banana, sliced into bite sized chunks
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped dates
  • 1/4 cup unsalted cashews
  • 1/4 cup unsalted almonds

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth
