Makes: 1 cup
  • 1 teaspoon coffee powder
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ½ cup hot milk
  1. In a cup, add coffee powder, sugar and water and either using a spoon or an ikea frother, beat the mixture together till it is thick and creamy. The point to stop beating is when the mixture is so thick that it will not drop off even if the cup is inverted.
  2. Add hot milk and serve immediately.
