These delicious shrimp tacos are a crowd favorite and easy to make - consider it done in 30 minutes. It is perfect for those who love to entertain but don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb peeled deveined, tail-off Shrimp [see note]
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or as needed
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 8 precooked tortillas
- 2 avocados chopped
- 2 cups corn cooked
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- Chobani® Savor™ Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt topper as needed
Heat oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 5-6 minutes until done.
Add lime juice and cilantro to the shrimp. Mix well and set aside.
Warm the pre-cooked tortillas on a pan. Set it aside.
Assemble the taco - place the tortillas, add corn, chopped onions, tomatoes, avocados, and shrimp.
