These delicious shrimp tacos are a crowd favorite and easy to make - consider it done in 30 minutes. It is perfect for those who love to entertain but don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb peeled deveined, tail-off Shrimp [see note]
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or as needed
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 8 precooked tortillas
  • 2 avocados chopped
  • 2 cups corn cooked
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • Chobani® Savor™ Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt topper as needed


  • Heat oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 5-6 minutes until done.
  • Add lime juice and cilantro to the shrimp. Mix well and set aside.
  • Warm the pre-cooked tortillas on a pan. Set it aside.
  • Assemble the taco - place the tortillas, add corn, chopped onions, tomatoes, avocados, and shrimp.
  • Top it with Chobani® Savor™ Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt topper and serve immediately.
