Place the peanuts and honey in the bowl of a food processor and process for 3 to 4 minutes until the butter turns into a soft and thick consistency. Stop to scrape the sides of the bowl as needed. (Note: The peanut butter goes through various phases as you process it - starts with a dry powder, rolls up into a dough and then finally starts turning into a paste)
Store the peanut butter in a glass jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 months
