Pizza lovers here’s something new for you - combine your love for Indian food and pizza and make this Chicken Tikka masala pizza. No, it is not laborious - all you need is 30 minutes and the oh-so-delicious four-cheese to get you started!
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place a pizza stone inside the oven.
Mix the yogurt, curry sauce, garam masala, and salt to form a marinade. Taste the marinade and add more salt if needed. Add the chicken strips and coat them well. Spread them out on the top of the pizza and garnish with onion slices and cheese.
Bake the pizza for about 12-14 minutes and broil on low for another 3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve immediately.
If you are using storebought tikka masala, you may not need salt. Taste the marinade before you add chicken strips. Also, start with 1 tablespoon tikka masala sauce. Add more if needed.
Don't need to thaw the pizza.
Preferably use greek yogurt or thick yogurt
