Mango Overnight oats
Eating Mango overnight oats will feel like you are having dessert for breakfast. All you need is a few minutes the night before and in the morning you have this decadent tropical treat waiting for you.

Ingredients

cup
rolled oats
1
cup
whole milk
or almond milk / coconut milk
½
cup
thick yogurt
2
tablespoons
chia seeds
¼
teaspoon
cardamom seeds
powdered
2
teaspoons
honey
or maple syrup
½
cup
mango
cubed
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients except chopped mangoes in a bowl.
Divide this mixture into two mason jars or glass bowls.
Add the chopped mangoes and gently stir it in.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
Drizzle it with honey and garnish it with a few pieces of chopped mango (if desired).
Notes
Variations
Skip the cardamom, if you don't have it.
Replace whole milk with coconut milk to mix it up.
Replace honey with maple syrup.
Notes
Consume this mango overnight oats within two days.
Use ripe and sweet mangoes for the best results.
