or 1 whole mango, chopped

banana, chopped

teaspoon
powdered green cardamom seeds (elaichi)

Instructions
Start with adding milk (or liquid of your choice) in the blender.
Add chopped mangoes, bananas, cardamom (if using) and honey.
Blend until smooth.
