Add butter to a saucepan kept over medium heat. Once the butter heats up, add the hot sauce.
Once the mixture heats up, add chicken pieces along with paprika and let it cook in the sauce for 3-4 minutes till most of the sauce is absorbed. Turn off the heat and set it aside.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Layer it with tortilla chips, followed by 1 cup of cheese and chicken pieces.
Layer it with the remaining 1 cup of cheese. Top it with onions, tomatoes, olives, and sliced jalapenos.
Bake for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted through.
Serve it with chopped avocados, cilantro, and crumbled blue cheese.
