Use a sharp knife and cut the edges off. Start at the edge and cut the sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch thick ircles. Cut each circle into cubes.
Toss in a mixture of oil, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and ground black pepper till completely coated.
Place in the air frying basket - don't overcrowd. Depending on the capacity of your air-fryer, you may need two or more batches.
Air fry for about 10 minutes at 375°F [see note]. Pause the air frying at around 5 minutes and rotate the tray and stir the sweet potatoes to ensure even cooking. If using a basket-style air fryer, shake the basket to toss the sweet potatoes.
Serve hot with ketchup, or any dip of your choice.
